To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今個月第n次食台式嘢，呢間特別唔同！特別溫馨，service特別好！上網睇過，佢哋係幾個後生仔一齊創立、經營，唔知我見到嘅餐廳staff係咪就喺嗰幾個老闆，我冇特別問，但佢哋好熱誠，好sincere，好nice。唔同其他餐廳有冷漠、機器式的感覺。我哋一坐低，就有人同我哋介紹有咩招牌菜，所以我哋都俾佢打動到，叫咗佢哋signature菜式～芒果魯肉飯$58開頭同staff講嘅一樣，望落配搭怪怪哋，食落估唔到係咁特別、咁得意，味道出奇地夾，魯肉係半肥瘦，食落口感好好，半肥瘦比全瘦肉好食，好多魯肉汁，碗底都係汁，超好味！有芒果就有多種清新感覺👍🏻好特別好少見🉐推介🉐（由於驚食唔晒，我叫咗少飯）蜜汁紫菜排骨飯$60有紫菜嘅飯特別好食！就咁食都好正！加埋蜜汁特別好，排骨好多，醃得啱啱好！有紫菜都夠我食晒啲飯😌🉐推介🉐（由於驚食唔晒，我叫咗少飯）拉絲芝士火腿蛋餅$35芝士火腿又係好夾，蛋餅做得出色，好薄，捲得靚👍🏻芋泥肉鬆蛋餅$35本身以為芝士味係最好味，點知食埋呢款芋泥肉鬆，覺得呢款好味啲～因為肉鬆同蛋餅好夾！好多肉鬆！一啲都唔吝嗇！好味超讚👍🏻芋泥係紫色又好靚，好吸睛，啱晒打卡👍🏻🉐推介🉐蜜汁
