To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個蛋餅依然可以拉到絲🧀,食落芝士香濃而唔膩,除咗拉絲芝士,中間仲加咗Mozzarella,火腿輕輕煎過,焦脆嘅感覺令蛋餅嘅口感提升,而蛋香亦喺中後期慢慢帶出,的確唔錯😍

呢度嘅手撕雞特別之處在於加咗藜麥,比起只有芝麻更有特色👏,我幾鍾意佢哋嘅手撕雞食落唔會太重麻油味以致完全蓋咗本身雞嘅鮮香🐓,不過雞皮就有啲多,雞肉反而較少
