To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍壹.01香蔥紫菜滷肉飯 $60好多肥豬肉!好油膩,食到最後個碗底係反光的。。而且味道沒什麼特別,也不太突出,香蔥也不是很多。
薑蔥蜜汁排骨飯 $58排骨份量不小,但是炸到好油好油好油,排骨表面可以見到油光滿面,用叉壓一壓飆曬d油出來。雖然是蜜汁排骨,但是成個排骨甜到好奇怪,唔係蜜汁的感覺,似係果糖撈排骨然後炸的。就是好油膩好油膩。芋泥肉鬆蛋餅 $39一心為個蛋餅來食的,但是結果好失望。蛋餅表面仲有小小脆(好小),但是無咩口感,無蛋餅的香味,而且肉眼可見蛋餅都好厚下。芋泥可以見到好滿,但是完全無芋頭味,無芋泥的香味。食落只有淡淡的肉鬆味。反正就是好失望。雙檸冬瓜茶。 $42 (當天半價)無檸檬味 、無冬瓜味。似係果糖溝水再加冰。0冰手作芋頭鮮奶 $38(當日半價 )成餐飯唯一過得去的餐品。想食呢間餐廳蛋餅好耐,而且本人一直都好喜歡食台灣嘢,但是今次真是好失望,希望餐廳老闆不要再費力做營銷,用心做餐飲好得多。✨環境:⭐⭐⭐⭐/5👅味道:⭐⭐/5💫回頭:⭐/5💰性價:⭐⭐⭐/5🧏🏻‍♀️服務:⭐⭐⭐⭐/5
