To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一間餐廳除了味道性價比很重要創新也同樣是不劃缺的一部分位於觀塘的壹。01除了有傳統台式料理還有超新奇的芒果魯肉組合ꔐ壹.01芒果魯肉飯（$58）芒果魯肉飯ꕀ很新穎的配搭魯肉是偏瘦一點ꕀ感覺沒那麼邪惡但還帶油脂香ꕀ魯肉還是很送飯配上香甜的芒果ꕀ完全無遺和感ꔐ蜜汁紫菜排骨飯（$60）叫了多蔥 ꕀ 超浮誇的蔥海完全把排骨掩蓋掉排骨大大塊炸到酥脆反而蜜汁味比較弱一點還好排骨下面有魯肉汁剛好彌補缺失的濕潤感ꔐ拉絲芝士火腿蛋餅（$39）雖然沒有想過中澎湃的拉絲只有一點點小牽絲可能是我掛著拍照的原故蛋餅烘到香脆令口感更豐富上面還加了秘製醬汁整體而言ꕀ還是非常高質ꔐ夜市小食拼盤（$39）台灣腸、花枝丸同鹽酥雞每樣都很出色最喜歡還是我最愛的台灣腸鹽酥雞雖然是一小粒ꕀ但炸皮薄薄一層啖啖肉非常香口惹味ꔐ風琴豆腐配牛肉汁（$10/串）風琴豆腐完全吸收了牛肉汁超邪惡但非常好食ꔐ雙檸冬瓜茶加愛玉（$19+$5）這個組合本來就是好喝但叫了少甜 · 間接令冬瓜味偏弱一點點不過非常清爽¨̮ ᴴᴬᵛᴱ ᴬ ᴳᴼᴼᴰ ᵀᴵᴹᴱ દ ᵕ̈ ૩好喜歡店家在選項「多」或「少」方面做得很好就像是多蔥是多到誇張程度而食物定價不進取每份
