To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友迷上了食素菜,這次帶我們去的日式餐廳Kyoto Joe,最近正在做晚市素食自助餐,在傍晚時分更可以看到美麗的日落景色。前菜日本雪國山菜冷豆腐的口感軟滑,入口有淡淡的豆香;綠天使他他脆脆的口感,帶有酸辣風味;沖繩苦瓜沙拉有濃郁的麻油味,苦瓜不會太苦;海雲入口開胃。卷物一共有四款,墨西哥卷有些微辣味,加上奶油乳酪和牛油果的搭配很美味!雜菜天婦羅勒卷的口感微脆,相當特別;粉翠卷加入了富士蘋果和日式蘑菇,口感清新;秋葵卷的味道和口感都有著濃厚的日式風情。爐端燒濃薑汁蘿蔔多汁清甜;豆腐燒香脆可口;甜蕃薯口感軟糯。主菜選擇了煙燻魚刺身盛合,分別有鮪魚、吞拿魚、三文魚、干貝,刺身帶有煙燻香味,尤其喜歡干貝,口感鮮甜又香。另一個是銀鱈魚西京燒,鱈魚肉帶甜味,部分位置更燒至焦糖化,但肉質依然香滑,小編推薦。炸物拉絲蓮根天婦羅配上熱情果醬,酸酸甜甜;椰菜花天婦羅配上甜酸醬和咕嚕肉非常類似,很有重現感;紫蘇葉素雞天婦羅,口感香脆。熱盤包括素餃子和焗雜菌,素餃子的餡料有素蝦和蔬菜,口感豐富;焗雜菌主要由各種菇類組成,炒得香辣可口,喜歡菇類的人必點Yuzu Sunrise和Berry Beri點了兩杯無酒精
