top: Tiradito with caviar 南美風味生湯葉配魚子醬
left: Sashimi yuba with uni 湯葉刺身配海膽
right: Taraba-gani maki with matcha 帝王蟹湯葉卷配抹茶
(Yuba 湯葉=tofu skin which is formed on the soy milk surface during boiling)
This dish does not have strong flavor. You can feel the tofu taste but i am not a big fan of tofu🙈
Uni is creamy but not really sweet.

Abalone is quite chewy and the sauce can really penetrate into every part of abalone. Very tasty! 😋
【Black cod saikyo yaki 鱈魚西京燒】
This is the most delicious saikyo yaki i have ever eaten!
Fish is marinated with sweet saikyo miso sauce and grilled perfectly!
Fish is cut into very thick and oily. When you put a small bite into your mouth, you can enjoy the sauce taste at the beginning and it will start to melt in your mouth. Now i understand why this is their signature dish globally! 😍
I wanna come back only for this!
【A5 Japanese Wagyu with wasabi salsa A5 日本和牛配山葵洋蔥醬】
Medium-cooked wagyu is juicy and tender. Impressive!
You can see the inner part of meat is full of juice with pink colour in the middle
【Sansai Takikomi Gohan 山菜御飯】
Rice is quite dry and it's better to eat with soup. Clear soup is sweet with shrimp taste.
