Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不吃牛的小妹,揀了擺碟賣相如七彩繽紛的花園般的香焗鴨胸。鴨胸採用本地新鮮食材,內裏呈七成熟的粉紅色,肉質鮮嫩,沾上紅酒燒汁、紅菜頭醬和無花果芥末同吃,大大豐富了食味。不過,稍嫌鴨胸不算太過入味,各款醬汁也是清淡之選,略感不足。

蘋果批配呍喱拿雪糕
起初,對這款甜品不抱太大期望。一試,卻吃出了驚喜來﹗自家製蘋果批和呍喱拿雪糕,甚有水準。蘋果批脆內軟,蘋果也不會過酸,肉桂香也是淡淡的,與冰凍的呍喱拿雪糕十分匹。
