每一次經過呢一間雪糕店都好想去試一試,咁大個人都未試過「分子料理」,今次終於的起心肝去試下。呢間店既裝修都幾mordern同簡潔,但只sell 4隻味既雪糕,有雪沙湯圓、薄荷朱古力脆脆、紅桑子牛油酥餅同香桃乳酪。係買之前可以試食,我只係試左普通既味,薄荷朱古力脆脆同香桃乳酪,保險D,雖然香桃乳酪好香新鮮桃味,甜得黎帶少少酸,可惜對我黎講乳酪味偏重(如果係好奶類制品的話,呢個會係一個不錯既選擇),所以最黎買左薄荷朱古力脆脆。佢呢間掛住分子雪糕既原因係因為用液態氮將雪糕漿急速冷卻,所以係食既時間,因為D脆脆絕對唔會因為雪糕漿係液體,而lum晒,一路食一路都會有得咬下咬下咁,薄荷味亦都好濃郁,加試朱古力味選用偏苦既朱古力,所以成個雪糕食起試黎一D都唔會''漏''!所以呢間野真係值得推薦,同我下次應該都會挑戰一下其他特別既味道!
