To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lamees地址: 土瓜灣北帝街145號順輝大廈地下2號舖地中海菜餐廳為香港真係比較少見😉，今日居然比我係土瓜灣CP值超高嘅地中海菜餐廳😎。Hummos B Lamb🐑$120呢個前菜真係正到飛起🤩，Pita bread包住啲超綿密鷹嘴豆泥和羊肉粒軟稔唔羶，超有口感，真係好食到停唔到口，正😝。Tahini🥗$125大大份沙律裏面嘅配搭好豐富，有車厘茄; 青瓜; 羅馬生菜; 雞胸肉絲等🥳再配上餐廳自家白芝麻，好fresh好開胃😍。Chorizo Lamb Sausage🐑$110純羊肉腸啖啖都食得出好香濃好重羊肉㗎，但係一啲都唔騷，超有口感😝，而且再配上餐廳自家醬汁係啲pita bread 🫓上，真係好食到停唔到口，正。Dead Sea Rice🥘$110食地中海菜點可以唔食炒飯呢。雖然材料簡單😛，但中東小米炒得粒粒分明，超夠鑊氣，仲要加上雜果仁; 香草等配料，啖啖都食落鹹鹹香香幾惹味添🤪，真係功夫十足，正😚。Kanafeh🥧$105作為中東地道傳統甜品當然要叫來試下啦😗，酥皮包住入邊軟糯嘅甜芝士，啖啖都好酥脆香甜😌，而且趁熱食時啲甜芝士仲有少少拉絲效果添，正😗。#nicefoodie土
