To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. We have skipped busy lunch hours to try 牛角燒肉 at Festival Walk at 14:30pm. A group of 3 would love BBQ meat, so let’s BBQ! Lunch sets serving HK$149, including 20 pieces of beef, a salad, a soup, a rice & drinks; impressive!! We add on a prawn and veggie wraps, would not suggest to pay $23 for that small prawn next time. Not very familiar with iPad self ordering, eventually seek for assistance from the staff!! Would definitely try again!
