To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Sunday 跟媽咪行花墟，已經過了午餐時間，下午茶開始，但是我們都沒有吃午餐，下午茶餐牌又份量少，不夠飽！！在花園街兜兜轉轉，經過這間，門口推薦海南雞飯，是媽咪的 favourite，於是推門而入，幸好還有一張枱。當然叫了一個海南雞飯及一個黑松露帶子意大利粉，包括飲品。加$12有紅豆冰，下次再試，看見鄰桌叫了，樣子幾趣緻。這間貌似 cafe的小店，座位不多，但又有海南雞飯，賣相擺設又幾特別，十分受歡迎，有一桌情侶，二人都各自叫了一客，無謂 share。我們在坐所見的，都有五客上枱。
