Thinking about it now, it’s my first teppanyaki in HK, I’ve had it numerous times in other countries but it’s definitely not something I nom often 🙈! & since it’s not often and a little bit of treat meal, might as well go all out with their deluxe menu; so I get to try a mixture of everything and experience what’s to offer from this restaurant! The lobster was teppan-ed in coral butter, which was good, but what was super delicious was actually the lobster miso soup, I love how they didn’t waste the lobster by juicing every little bit into their menu 🦞🍲 // expect a bit of a show with the fried rice with their performance…

The wagyu paired really well with the fried rice (like duh) 🍚 dip salt and wasabi accordingly // and I love how they spent dedicated time preparing the garlic chips, cause they were so crisp!

After the dining session was over, the staff would somewhat transfer you to their secret lounge where their whiskey bar is 👀 and well you gotta order their dessert to line the stomach before the whiskey 🥃 thanks for the staff for being so attentive and for the extra whiskey shots, was slightly drunk by the end of this tehe!

More on the pricer side, but this cuisine is more for the show and the experience which definitely was there, enjoyed my visit and the little surprises that it had in store for me!
