To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Came here for a quick dinner before concert. There’s 30% off on all skewers before 7pm so we had a try on their chicken thigh. It’s not bad and was quite tender, but could be more flavourful. .Back to ramen, I was amazed by the beef ramen that featured the prime beef from the famous Lawry’s, which I still haven’t tried. Back to ramen, I was amazed by the beef ramen that featured the prime beef from the famous Lawry’s, which I still haven’t tried. It’s really rich though it’s just a very thin slice. The soup was also packed with flavours. The miso soup base one is thicker and more intense in flavour, and comes with a runny texture soft-boiled egg. Both bowls of ramen were cooked to my favourite texture.

Despite having lots of ramen competitors nearby, I can still see how this one could stand out from others. Their design is very western in style - dark and modern. I’ll still come when I need a quick bite.
