Want to dine out but also to reduce the risk of COVID-19? Maybe it was a good idea to find somewhere more quiet. This nice upstairs cafe in TST was a good choice! If you hadn't been here, maybe you could never imagine that there was such a cafe here.They had a simple menu with a number of mains to choose from, including burgers, pasta, risotto. The linguine was those very thin and smooth type and went very great with the sauce which was perfectly highlighted by black pepper. There were 7 pieces of wagyu beef which were super tender and juicy and rich in beef flavour. Very good quality. There were quite a lot of small thin asparagus which were very fresh and crispy. There were also half a cherry tomato and some fresh greens on the side with some sweet vinegar added. There were loads of crushed garlic sprinkled on top. Quite a yummy pasta dish.
明太子炸軟殼蟹忌廉扁意粉 Creamy Linguine with Mentaiko and Soft Shell Crab $138
The soft shell crab was freshly deep fried and nicely cut into 6 pieces for small bites. The batter was quite thin and was very crispy. The linguine was again very smooth. The sauce was very creamy and not masked by the mentaiko at all. Again there were some fresh greens and half a cherry tomato on the side with sweet vinegar dressing.

This snack platter was simply marvellous. First of all, presentation was very nice with a pretty plate. Every item was freshly cooked. The two oysters were super juicy. The cutlet prawn was fresh. There were 4 cheesy bites which had lava interior and tasted very good of the sour cheese flavour. There were 3 purple sweet potatoes which were super smooth and perfectly sweet. The batter of all these was super thin and crispy. There were 4 pieces of stuffed wings nicely put into two skewers. The combo of fatty skin and sweet juicy pineapple was so creative. They were grilled quite well. A separate plate of ketchup and mayo dip was served separately. It was a really high quality snack platter!
For drinks, we ordered two smoothies.

It was nicely decorated by a thin green apple and peach slice on top. It was a good combo of refreshing green apple and sweet peach that the flavour was somewhere in between. There were loads of small ice cubes and it was definitely not too sweet or too artificial.

Portion was even bigger. Likewise, this strawberry smoothies was not artificial at all and not too sweet either. Yet it tasted pretty good of strawberry. It was nicely decorated by a slice of strawberry and pretty flower petals. Good drink.
Overall, we were satisfied with the food. Their snack platter was particularly impressive!
