Le Pain Quotidien was already in Dubai among our favorite weekend breakfast spots and now their 3rd outlet has opened conveniently located for us in Elements. We visit LPQ almost weekly, the place (still) isn't overly crowded especially when you're an early riser like us.PROs* We like the bakery product quality which is probably apart from the coffee the main reason why we come here.* The coffee is of good quality, so are the various jams and other bread spreads.* Their foreign service staff lik
PROs
* We like the bakery product quality which is probably apart from the coffee the main reason why we come here.
* The coffee is of good quality, so are the various jams and other bread spreads.
* Their foreign service staff like Julien (new) and the young lady stand out in terms of training and friendliness. But also the local team members have come a long way since the opening.
* So far the place seems fairly unknown.
CONs
* The baby chairs, one main area many restaurants in HKG have to catch up on, here are slightly better but quite some of the straps are broken and for very little babies the gaps are too big.
* Some of the dishes could use refinement eg the Tartine with Avocado and Salmon is way to creamy.
* Their product still has to evolve. The flute, among our favorite bakery products still has to go a long way, also there are no Egg Benedict or Egg Florentine etc which most LPQs serve.
Other Info. :
Convenient is the location right next to the entrance of 360
