旺角Le Viet越菜餐廳位於旺角最旺中心地帶,近港鐵站,非常方便,今次係我第三次光顧,之前兩次都係食午餐,今晚襯阿女放工得閒就約埋佢係旺角shopping 下再食飯撐下枱腳😆。餐廳地方好大,空間感非常好,每張格都有透明膠板隔開,疫情期間,令食客食得十萬個放心。阿女鍾意食海鮮,打開餐牌就比個大頭蝦吸引,好啦,今晚一於豪一豪🤣;仲有order左我鍾意食嘅咖哩牛腩煲拼印式薄餅。侍應哥哥話個牛油大頭蝦製作需時,大約要15分鐘左右,咁好啦,先點一個小吃頂下肚先;香茅豬頸肉紙米卷 - 上面鋪滿勁多花生碎碎,增加香味同口感,豬頸肉燒得好香,中間嘅粉絲清清地,balance番整個味道。咖哩牛腩煲,用個火㷫住黎食,煲入邊有牛腩又有牛根;牛根大大舊,已炆到好似啫喱狀,好林滑,咬落煙煙韌韌,超級正;牛腩肥瘦均勻,牛味算重,又唔會起渣,煲入邊另外嘅配料都唔好放過丫😆⋯⋯尤其係薯仔🥔,大大舊,好粉糯薯味重,而個咖哩汁如果再辣🌶啲就更prefect,印度薄餅蘸點呢個汁食就係超級無敵咁好味,薄餅又唔會油膩,最終encore多一客,撈埋啲咖哩汁😋一啲都冇嘥😆。重頭戲,牛油焗大頭蝦,十分誘人嘅橙紅色賣相,整隻蝦開邊,

重頭戲,牛油焗大頭蝦,十分誘人嘅橙紅色賣相,整隻蝦開邊,每邊都有手掌咁大件,蝦身鋪滿蒜蓉牛油,蒜蓉焗到脆卜卜,巨大嘅大蝦頭藏住豐腴嘅蝦膏,味道濃郁香氣十足,蝦身爽口彈牙,呢個菜色、香、味同賣相都一流,打卡攞贏晒💯。
