It was off peak hours on a weekday at night and the restaurant was a tiny one next to a pretty prominent hotel so not many people could miss it. Tokyo Agura was just right for my taste. The portion was just right. The soup base had a hint of katsuobushi (dried fish), which differentiated from the usual “meaty” and sticky base from the other brands. The noodles were chewy~ FINALLY!
The best part here is actually the wedge of LEMON on the side. I squeezed the whole thing in and asked for another piece. It freshened up the whole experience and gave a tangy-citrusy surprise to the soup.
Now I knew how to offset salty ramen! AND I felt less guilty from drinking the entire bowl of soup.
