Church Block這款紅酒一開始Smell有香濃的朱古力味, 擺放一會之後果味才慢慢出來, very easy drinking

個人比起白汁更愛茄汁類的Sauce, 所以叫的都係紅色的...
一直以來在柴灣時期,Palco的Pasta水準都非常高,每次食Pasta都做到Al Dente啱啱好!
今次可能係我哋掛住share食物,pasta稍為over cook咗少少...
不過Sauce的味道還是一流! 下次會再試過

這個原味的Souffle蛋味濃郁,裡面唔會太濕,很有空氣感
還不錯
食物, 環境都比以前有進步,在Plating各方面的細節有用心
碟都會預熱,還有咖啡的奶也會預熱,這方面有很多高級餐廳都有機會忽略
當然價錢已不可以同柴灣比較,Wan Chai同Chai Wan當然不同
以這個水準和價錢,可以再來
還有要一贊品酒師的wine pairing!
