To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前來到萬怡酒店附近,只是跟朋友一嚐中菜滋味。吃的並不是酒店出品,不過入座之前去酒店逛了逛,立馬被勾掉了魂。採光度高,看到那日光照耀,心裏一整個感動萬分。比起黑漆沉色的型格酒店,還是清新日照這種得我歡心。  其實更早之前就已經跟一班朋友約食自助餐,之前常出現的Momo Cafe嘛。不過約開人就會知道,怎麼打算怎麼相就都是徒勞無功。反而有日友人告訴我發現了正點Happy Hour去處,原來位處於此。  景觀一覽無違,沒有高樓大廈的遮擋,不是百層高的居高臨下都夠寫意。日落景色最高,橙紅帶黃,沿山勾勒出一條金色邊線。瞬間即逝,唯有繼續探索LEVELthirty的其他部分。走到另一邊露台,又是老是常出現的它--標誌式的變色大圓球,印上酒吧名字。走回位子的途中,見到置入各款酒飲的機器,自動斟酒機,但未有緣看其如何操作了。  LEVELthirty原來也有獨立房可以租用,聽說之前就已經有雜誌作此拍攝。走進房子,沒有金碧輝煌,卻有落地玻璃,沙田景色。恬靜寫意,頓時雙肩放鬆,想攤在那梳化之上,固然只是想像中的場景。1/2 Dozen Ireland Oysters with Condiments $2

  當日來貨有數款來自不同產地的蠔款,但愛吃生蠔的友人選了愛爾蘭運來的出品。價格依蠔款而定,所以這是時價,$258六隻,酒店而言也叫相宜。又是R月份,September,加上朋友喜歡吃蠔,但說我個人就不是必要點生蠔的。一大盆冰盆送上,隻隻大隻飽滿的生蠔連殼差不多有手掌心大小。海水鹹鮮味不會過濃,嫩稔滑身的蠔肉略帶爽脆,且水分豐富。甜味清緻不膩,舀上少許酸甜Cocktail Sauce又好,擠檸檬汁又好,Tabasco也可以。

  在迎接惹味肉食之前,以蔬果去打打底,同時要收開胃之效。選的一定就是酸甜味清的款式,就如這款羅勒蕃茄多士。一如平常地蕃茄切成碎粒作調味,酸味不嗆,蒜香及羅勒香清新而細膩。多士竟是脆身的,雖說多士本就要香脆,但坊間不少奉桌時已被浸淋。酥脆滿分,帶點點焦香,但不會硬得刮口,不錯的Tapas。

  去酒吧就當然要來點香辣惹味食物,水牛城雞翼又怎會逃得過我們的追捕?一客多件,件件多肉,未有過份肥潤油膩,不過色水就溫和一點。果然味道也是平易近人的香辣味,只有輕撫一下,未有常常吃到那種重重一擊的刺激。但旁邊的藍芝士醬順滑香濃,鹹度適中,芝香不減。再稠身點更佳,沾上雞翼同食,惹味不過。若怕太膩口,板上經典式附上西芹條,爽脆去膩,也可蘸醬添味。

  根本是為我而設的一款小食,我大愛的牛舌及酸甜醬到齊。牛舌切成粒狀,煮得香稔得很,牛舌肉香濃郁無膻腥。每粒牛舌均是一抿即化,不老不乾不柴的綿嫩,配上香口腰果又頗襯。醬汁稠身,裹起牛舌,辣味來自紅椒,且帶酸甜醋清,不會黏膩難當。

  最近去食飯不時會見到餐牌上有Sliders可選,小漢堡地位似乎日漸攀升。也許求一刻飽滿豐足,又不想有一下子填飽自己的感覺,只為過癮。三件都是足料高身的,配搭是十分原版的美式漢堡,基本款來著。牛肉漢堡扒非常厚身,當然也是肉汁豐潤,其實拿上手輕壓就已經會滲出滴下。肉香未算極濃,但一定超過合格水平線,調味鹹度恰到好處。芝士、生菜……這些都是基本料,燒烤汁帶酸香煙燻味亦不錯。漢堡包包身偏乾,吸收水分肉汁後就剛剛好,未會水爛爛的,一件過癮滿足。

  酒吧怎會沒有小食?一開始就有脆香惹味的Tortilla。特別在於盛在粉藍小鐵桶之內,不過呢……有點似小型垃圾筒,一開始還以為是讓我們盛垃圾用的。然後轉了一款鹽鹹帶脆的果仁筒,花生、青豆及果乾,涮嘴之選。

  最近發現身體越來越受不了酒精,似乎健康狀況每況愈下。還是點些無酒精飲品比較合適,這兒就有三款Mocktail可選。以玫瑰茶、石榴汁、青檸汁及葡萄柚汁配合而成的這杯Final Furlong呈橙紅色調。果味甜中帶酸,甜味也不會過火,入口清新怡人透心涼。不過玫瑰茶香淡淡的,不太明顯,而且冰塊太大,冷氣環境下喝完都未有溶解多少。

  友人十分喜歡的一款,單是賣相就已經夠吸睛,頗有田園風格。一整杯以紫為主色,看上去高貴雅緻之餘又溫文,如果有日光,拍出來文青到極致。黑莓打碎後加於自家製的百里香糖漿之中,再搾點檸檬汁。倒入梳打,上桌時以碎冰疊面,稍作裝飾,已夠可人。果味甜香自然,百里香香氣只是清薰帶過,果酸味或是梳打刺激感都不重。比起想像中來得婉約的一杯,間中有點黑莓果肉入口,更添特色。

  吃著吃著,天色漸暗,迎來昏靜的黑夜。酒吧內客人都換了一轉,跟一開始踏進來的面孔完全不一。夜幕低垂,放眼看去,卻是點點細碎的燈光,聚集起來,幾乎有照亮半邊天的氣勢。在此,我們不談香港光污染是何等的嚴重,只聊近況、時事或吃喝玩樂……
