After eating in the area, I discovered this place.Although I was full I decided to try it because I rarely go to Hung Hom.I intended to come here again a week later but never made it because Hung Hom is psychological far so I guess I will have to wait for the MTR a bit later. The hot and sour tofu looked delicious but I was too full for that so I had the Liangfen.Liangfen is basically cold noodles made from mungbean/pea/potato starch but the lady here said theirs is made from snow pea starch.Anyw

Liangfen is basically cold noodles made from mungbean/pea/potato starch but the lady here said theirs is made from snow pea starch.
Anyway it was a white translucent block where she sliced it into square strands.

I was really lucky she put the sauce separate because it was very spicy.

The liangfen and sauce tasted really good together because the vinegars and spiciness made it very appetizing.
Hopefully I will be back sooner than the opening of the MTR to try other stuff.
