朕上一次黎山林道尋食應該係去7080食燒肉,朕都己經留意到隔離呢間BV Bar,今次朕專登黎到BV除左食之外,仲要同一眾隨從吹下水,聽下歌!今晚個表演者又彈結他,又彈琴,自彈自唱!勁!一坐低,朕覺得口淡淡咁,就緊係叫野飲啦,朕就叫左一杯青瓜汁+果汁,佢没有預期既草青味,反而有一陣清新既果香同埋果汁既甜味,So Fresh!!!小食梗係唔少得水牛城雞翼啦,BV既水牛城雞翼炸至外層香脆,雞肉依然嫩滑,加少少香草,再配合埋水牛城醬汁,香辣惹味,跟住食埋新鮮爽脆既蔬菜條中和一下,夠哂開胃。跟住就上埋個小食拼盤,除左個Nachos,朕最欣賞就係個炸芝士蝦餅,蝦餅炸至金黃色,用刀切開,芝士隨即奪刀而出,完全有爆醬蝦餅既感覺,食落蝦餅夠香脆,芝士味夠濃,仲要熱辣辣食落口,夠哂爽皮!跟住就係上主菜,朕今次叫既係《36小時慢煮牛面脥肉配紅酒汁》,聽個名都知夠氣勢啦,香濃而又美味既牛脥肉,用上36小時慢煮,經長時間慢煮,口感超勁軟稔同埋細緻,再配埋紅酒汁,酒精成份蒸發得八八九九,只剩下紅酒既香味,牛脥肉亦都吸收哂紅酒既精華,兩者非常配合。-----完-----
