MO bar will be revnovated soon (around 18-24 months) and we decided to celebrate my birthday here seeing them in 2 years. For this season, they chose their famous lobster brunch as their grand finale.So as usualy I chose the regular brunch instead of the vintage was as the drink options, which is the main difference, are quite excellellent already.The lobster starters were colorful and appetizing. My favorite was the croquette though the lobster roll with its yuzu flavors, came to a close second

The lobster starters were colorful and appetizing. My favorite was the croquette though the lobster roll with its yuzu flavors, came to a close second. I also love how they use iceberg lettuce to susbsitute the the usual taco wrapping to make it more refreshing for the hot weather. The only point I felt they would improve was the lobster bisque. It tasted great but it was only warm when served. I guess this was due to the cup not being preheated and given the bisque is only a small cupfull, the bisque likely cooled down immediately when poured into the cup.

We all ordered the lobster thermidor and the filling was amazing with plenty of lobster while the sauce was not too oily. Remember to order a second serving of bread to soak up all the excess sauce as it was that delicious.

The sides, especially the salad, was almost like a full size main and I would definitely order the salad if I can only try 1.

The desserts were all quite nice reminder of summer, having a more berry/tarty taste.

Despite the cheesecake for the dessert platter, their complimentary cheesecake for my birthday was just as delicious with a different texture, allowing me to have 2 types in one meal.

I had another event to join later on that day so I didn't drink though I got to try their mocktails which is just as diverese as their cocktails.
