3. I spent some time on figuring out whether I should try the Lobster Soup Noodles or Lobster “Lo Mean”. I ended up choosing the latter as there is also a bowl of soup that comes with it
4. Lobster meat was already taken out, but still placed under the lobster shell for a great presentation. Very attentive. The “Lo Mean” is of high quality, in terms of texture and flavour. It is bouncy but not too chewy, and the mixing sauce is delicious but not too salty.
5. The bowl of soup is just amazing, and probably the highlight of the whole dish. It’s good for drinking along, or together with the “lo mean” in a way that you do with tsukemen. Heavily flavoured with lobster. So enjoyable!
