Pablo might also be a popular place to celebrate your birthday. In the span of my dinner there, there were multiple birthdays happening. And the restaurant will give you a special birthday surprise by dropping a loud silver plate behind you! You would not see it coming!
Special note: Good to have surprises 😆
Critique:
After the first bite, Pablo’s culinary is missing on the softness and tenderness with its meat. Comparison could be made with other Mexican restaurants like Cali-Mex or Caliente, and they seemed to serve more memorable Mexican dishes.
