PABLO Modern Mexican Cocina (Closed)

So basically we ordered the nachos and the waiter served us the “nachos” in the picture which turned out to be guacamole. Well they said it was Nachos so we ate, as normal as that. In the half of my meal i was suddenly informed that the guacamole was supposed to be for the table next to us but we already ate half of it 🥲at the end the waiter charged us the price for the guacamole and refused to charge the lower price i.e. the nachos price. It’s your mistake and how can u blame that on the custom

朋友問我食咗Pablo嘅「墨西哥料理」，有冇咁正？我先輕輕拍拍肚，歎口氣咩—勁正滴！佢哋個「Hamachi Ceviche」，酸酸甜甜醋汁浸出魚嘅鮮味，淋上啲牛油果蓉，清新爽口到喊出嚟！🐟「Pablo’s Guacamole」就係另一場show，見啲廚師喺你眼前即刨牛油果，鬆化無比，撈兩啖，肥美滑溜，塊脆脆薯片掛住果醬，根本停唔到口！Tacos Baja嘅墨西哥餅卷上啲炸魚，口感脆卜卜，但我心諗如果炸漿薄啲就嘉嘉福福。Quesadillas入面嗰團芝士，真係香過鄰居個嫂，咁濃厚，吃進去簡直錯覺變左芝士工廠老闆。🧀飲嘢至尊選件—「Beetroot Margarita」啦，既傳統又創新，口感親薑香甜，順滑得嚟惹味，賓老嫂又要點一杯。其他兩款cocktail，Yellow Flamenco同Pablo Fizz都各有特色，想飲酒嘅你，橫掂都係點返杯試下。結尾叫咗件「Arroz Con Leche」，呢啲平民甜品，無造作可言，就係得個暖意同家嘅感覺。喺呢間店食墨西哥菜，豐富食嘅旅程，以為喺香港，原來忘記咗！🍽️

Went here for dinner with some friends. Food was honestly average, nothing special but triple the price of other Mexican restaurants in the area. It’s not even facing the harbour so you couldn’t blame the price on the view.Nice interior but bad atmosphere. Live music usually should be a good touch, but it was terrible here. 早排同朋友仔去食嘢發現有間咁高質既墨西哥🇲🇽餐廳🍴 當日我哋見未食過，真係盲舂舂咁走入去試下餐廳內有個打卡千秋梳化🛋️加上個招牌，夠晒殺食原來餐廳以新式墨西哥菜式做主打，將經典墨西哥菜式注入東南亞口味的配搭，餐廳裝潢以不同藝術家親手創作的油畫作基調，配合木製餐檯和藝術擺設，充滿藝術設計感，另外餐廳環境唔會太過黑，感覺幾柔和。墨西哥豬扒餡餅 已豬扒已帶有多汁的口感再配上菠蘿、洋蔥、芫荽整個感覺好清新，唔會覺得攻鼻👍🏻而餡餅🥙底係軟身的，更容易入口

Pablo is a restaurant that never disappoints. We have been here six or seven times already, and the food is amazing every time. I would come here just for the tacos, it’s the best in town. Also, venture into their cocktails last time, and I really enjoyed them. It’s a cocktail with Mexican flare! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, Located in East Tsim Sha Tsui, Pablo is an art-inspired restaurant that serves tasty tacos and Mexican food. The restaurant is nicely decorated with modern art pieces and is quite spacious which makes it the perfect place for group gatherings. Staffs were also really friendly and attentive.Their menu offer a wide range of dishes that cater different dietary requirements.
