Food-wise as expected incorporates a bit of Disney elements, although for our 3 restaurant-recommended dishes only the carrot slices were Mickey-shaped. They were all marked-up and of quite average quality. Only portions were ok.
The raised de-boned short rib was tender with a hint of sichuan flavor.
The mixed vegetables vermicelli casserole was your average home-cooked style dish. Luckily the XO sauce condiments slightly elevated the dish.
The Crystal Lotus fried rice  again was normal, but we couldn't taste any abalone.
I suppose this is typical theme park experience.
