Came back to Nikushou as I was craving for their amazing crispy eel and their superb yakiniku. It has easily become one of my favorite yakiniku place in Hong Kong, alongside 298 Nikuya Room.

This time we opted for the premium wagyu 5 cut course. All grilled by the skilled staff, all cuts were grilled to perfection! You can see that their wagyu is of great quality by the marble! Literally melts in your mouth 👅 Their signature sirloin is a show stopper with the egg yolk poured on top is just nom!

Their grilled crispy eel with sansho sauce never disappoints! The eel skin was crispy like chips! Can’t recommend it enough!

Also got to order their curry rice this time. The showstopper is the chili oil served on the side! Have to pour every single drop as it’s so damn good.

No need to order the ice cream as it’s meh.

With both experiences, they do tend to grill everything in such a rush regardless of how booked the restaurant is. If they could slow it down slightly, the whole experience would be a lot better! We finished our meal in less than an hour!

• Premium Wagyu 5 or 7 Cut Course
• Crispy Grilled Eel
