Nikushou 銅鑼灣 香港初次到訪,當然想試一下Tasting menu 匠 御膳,但可惜當晚暫停供應,特選和牛八品盛盒(包括:招牌醬燒西冷)將近$700多加一後$800,和牛有部分是澳洲和牛,8片牛肉(每種部位和1片),味道是好吃的,但抵唔抵食就有少少難講🤔,香港好大程度價錢食左晌租金同原材料運費到😩。環境舒適,有無敵的馬場景 ,肉是店員負責晌面前燒,服務質素同火喉控制都很好。肉大多數原汁原味燒,不加其他配料,顧客可以自行加海鹽、芥末、燒汁、檸檬汁,店員都會建議邊一片可以點邊一樣。肉部位分別是牛舌、後腿肉、前腿肉、安格、尾根、肩頸、肋間及西冷。另外單點了半份吉列飛驒牛柳三文治🥪,這是我食過第五份吉列和牛三文治可以進入前2或3,麵包外層脆口中間有少軟軟,等佢似返一個麵包唔係多士,肉有咬感醬汁較清淡。

肉大多數原汁原味燒,不加其他配料,顧客可以自行加海鹽、芥末、燒汁、檸檬汁,店員都會建議邊一片可以點邊一樣。肉部位分別是牛舌、後腿肉、前腿肉、安格、尾根、肩頸、肋間及西冷。

另外單點了半份吉列飛驒牛柳三文治🥪,這是我食過第五份吉列和牛三文治可以進入前2或3,麵包外層脆口中間有少軟軟,等佢似返一個麵包唔係多士,肉有咬感醬汁較清淡。

一行6人去食,酒水淨係叫左兩杯啤酒,之後野食餐廳按排最後收我每人差唔多$3000,燒和牛每人食得個兩到三片,前菜全部一般到同普通居酒屋水平差唔多,有兩三款特別難食!特別係個牛肉他他難食到我自己整都好食過佢先大鑊,咖哩和牛飯同買返黎既即食日本咖哩味道冇咩分別,唔係唔捨得食,但麻煩你收我呢個價俾返啲正成價或好食既野我食丫!重要服務都唔多好!幾個朋友都炸曬型!後來同其他朋友分享番原來有唔少朋友都中過招,已經列入黑名單!

主打使用日本牛的Nikushou,除了牛的質素有保證,服務細仔位都算做得不錯。.當晚準時6點就到,坐到窗口位望到馬場景用餐,感覺很不錯。而且這晚將要趕去看演唱會,心情都特別興奮🤪朋友發板點菜,最後前菜點了份山椒鰻魚,半份飛驒牛柳三文治。兩道菜都很不錯。前者更加是有驚喜,淡淡山椒香配合燒得十分香脆的鰻魚皮,脆口的程度實在令人難忘。至於後者,牛柳肉質亦很滑嫩,麵包的外型不知道是否因為經過一些評論,之後已經改良過,切得十分整齊賣相有改善。整個三文治的口感就是外脆內嫩,個人覺得很好食。可惜這是第一次品嚐牛柳三文治,所以未能與其他比較。另外點選了份特選和牛五品盛合,五款牛肉都好唔同感覺口感。五款分別係:澳洲厚切和牛牛舌神戶牛A5上筋飛驒牛A5鞍下飛驒牛A5肋間肉招牌醬燒西冷 👅 超好食西冷欣賞店員介紹詳盡,仲會介紹配邊款醬汁食最好。因為我們後加了一份牛舌,店員都有再推介另一款醬汁配搭,感覺都好細心。整個用餐體驗都好咁不錯。

一次試哂五種部位嘅和牛,全程都由專人代燒,侍應亦會建議食法及介紹醬料,首先由和牛赤身開始,赤身雪花油脂唔算太多偏瘦,侍應會燒至三至五成熟,入口都食到油花感,而且牛味濃郁。之後慢慢由淡食到濃。
其中我地係牛舌控嘅關係再追加單點一次厚切牛舌,雖然依度牛舌由澳洲入口,但係厚切size亦都非常有口感,令人回味。
而最後嘅重頭戲就和牛西冷,兩片比手掌更大嘅A5和牛西冷,油花分佈得非常豐滿,侍應燒完之後建議將和牛西冷配上蛋汁伴飯一齊食,和牛西冷入口即溶,油脂感係口腔度爆發,好滿足,食完更令人意猶未盡,非常推薦。

總結: 餐廳提供多種唔同產地和牛,滿足想試勻哂唔同靚和牛燒肉嘅朋友,而且餐廳景觀背山面海,鐘意睇景嘅朋友亦推薦於黃昏同夜晚時間坐窗口位置,但美中不足嘅係餐廳雖然由專人代燒,但為我地燒肉果位侍應態度比較機械式及冷淡,令我同友人係佢燒肉途中略顯尷尬,未能暢所欲言,稍稍扣分。

之前有個朋友推介我黎呢間燒肉店試下,可惜疫情關係,一直冇食,最近終於的起心肝黎試下餐廳安排左我地坐窗口,望住馬場景食,如果唔係落雨,應該幾靚見到和牛7品盛合有2款(和牛7品盛合$488同埋特選和牛7品盛合$688),咁就2款都叫黎試下,原來2款盛合既食材基本上一樣,只係最尾嗰款肉唔同左首先上既係牛舌、上筋同辣椒肉牛舌配檸檬汁食,冇咁油而且仲開胃,一流上筋(前腿肌肉上筋)同辣椒肉就配wasabi+鹽,口感比較豐富,別有一番風味之後就到鞍下、三筋、座布團同肋眼心鞍下即係牛既肩頸位,比較有咬口,配醬汁食👍🏼三筋就最嫩同冧座布團就冇乜脂肪,最有口感就係呢款普通既7品盛合,最後一款肉係肋眼心,入口即溶而特選7品,最後一款肉係招牌醬燒西冷燒完之後淋上蛋汁,連埋一口飯食落肚,大滿足食左成晚牛,當然要嗌下其他野食,否則真係會好膩,但呢間餐廳喺其他食物上面既選擇唔算多,最後揀左一款比較多人推介既脆皮鰻魚山椒燒($148),味道同平時食開既鰻魚唔同,比較食到魚本身既味道,幾特別,果然值得推介基本上呢間餐廳從環境到食材都非常好,而且員工一邊幫我地燒肉,一邊細心講解d肉係咩部位同配咩醬汁食,冇得彈,岩曬d愛吃

一份四件,吉列牛外脆內軟,烘過既麵包好重牛油味,但拎上手覺得有啲油

⚓️招牌脆皮鰻魚山椒燒飯 ($258)
魚皮燒得超脆,山椒醬汁幾特別,但試完就算

接住落嚟去到主角,特選和牛七品盛合

基本上所有牛肉都係來自日本除咗牛脷,因為牛脷及內臟,從日本出口比較困難,所以牛脷係餐廳唯一來自澳洲嘅牛肉

⚓️澳洲和牛舌
厚切牛舌,烤的時間剛剛好,外脆內嫩,個人覺得脆口的厚切牛舌係最好味。
可加少少檸檬汁或海鹽

接住落嚟係二款赤身肉,主要食佢既肉汁,所以要一口過

⚓️上筋
油份不高,主要係食牛既肉味同肉汁,可加少少wasabi同鹽一口過食

⚓️ rump
依款係更重食味既赤身肉,肉味重,肉汁多


⚓️肩頸位
好靚既雪花紋,肉質細緻,油脂分布平均。主要食佢口感,有少少似豬頸肉既texture

⚓️ rip 肋間肉
肉質好嫩好淋,牛味好重
吾需要加調味都已經好好味

⚓️肩頸位(座布團)
屬稀少及刁鑽部位
油脂重,肉質柔軟,肉味重,非常好食

⚓️ A5熊本和牛西冷

來自熊本既和牛,睇佢雪花分布就知好野黎,其實睇住師傅幫你燒肉都係一種享受,
呢塊西冷非常搶火,所以要小心,最後加上
日本無菌蛋黃漿同燒肉汁係珍珠米上面,絕對令人滾動,啱晒鍾意汁送飯嘅人

I think the price for the courses is fair given the quality of meat they provided..
but the wagyu sando was relatively overpriced, $4xx and the portion was really small…
The 5 cuts course was only $468 but this sando cost almost the same as the course…
But TBH it was a pretty good sando tho, the wagyu cutlet was super tender without excessive greasiness, went really well with the buttery toast, despite the price was kinda ripoff , I think still worth trying if you are the first time here..

Came back to Nikushou as I was craving for their amazing crispy eel and their superb yakiniku. It has easily become one of my favorite yakiniku place in Hong Kong, alongside 298 Nikuya Room.

This time we opted for the premium wagyu 5 cut course. All grilled by the skilled staff, all cuts were grilled to perfection! You can see that their wagyu is of great quality by the marble! Literally melts in your mouth 👅 Their signature sirloin is a show stopper with the egg yolk poured on top is just nom!

Their grilled crispy eel with sansho sauce never disappoints! The eel skin was crispy like chips! Can’t recommend it enough!

Also got to order their curry rice this time. The showstopper is the chili oil served on the side! Have to pour every single drop as it’s so damn good.

No need to order the ice cream as it’s meh.

With both experiences, they do tend to grill everything in such a rush regardless of how booked the restaurant is. If they could slow it down slightly, the whole experience would be a lot better! We finished our meal in less than an hour!

Recommendation:

• Premium Wagyu 5 or 7 Cut Course
• Crispy Grilled Eel

Price: HK$600-700 pp

Revisit: 10/10
