I was told there’s a new Taiwanese beef noodles place in Taikoo☺️and my friend seems to really like this place. I was skeptical at first but I get it why she heart it😋their spicy beef noodles is pretty decent. I love the richness of their beef broth and it match pretty well with the noodles. I was skeptical at first but I get it why she heart it😋their spicy beef noodles is pretty decent. I love the richness of their beef broth and it match pretty well with the noodles. The quality of the noodles is also pretty impressive, it felt fresh☺️the brisket is also very enjoyable. On the other hand my friend prefer the clear broth cos she can’t do spicy. But her clear broth noodles is more like tsukemen. Think that’s also the reason why the texture of the noodles is more significant but I reckon overall, clear broth noodles is a tad bland for my liking🤪
