To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I love having brunch on weekends and catching up with my friends. Brick lane is one of my favourite places.
It’s located at the Citic Tower and normally during weekends, there will be lesser people around admiralty so I can enjoy my time with no rush.
I tend to have a big brunch as I get hungry easily. One set of Egg Benedict ain’t enough for me. Mainly I will choose Everything but today I opted for the full English where there were 3 eggs (I like it scrambled), bacon, baked beans, black pudding, cheese, ham, hash brown, portobello mushroom, smoked salmon, tomatoes, Yorkshire pudding and sausage. It’s really big in portion. Personally I didn’t like the black pudding and the Yorkshire pudding wasn’t as impressive as I expected. I guess next time, I shall go back to my usual
