八寸I am a firm believer of the quality of any hole in the wall operation. And I am right about this one. 八寸 is located in a inconspicuous alley in Tai Hang. I walked past this numerous times but have not tried it due to restricted dietary intake. Today I decided to give it a go and regretted not having given it a chance earlier. I felt like I was being teleported to Japan the moment I stepped in. Loved the vibe. Ordered the unagi tamago don lunch set. Unagi was reheated over the electric grill.
