I probably go yum cha or have dim sum at least once a week. This time I visited Jasmine Cuisine, a newly opened Chinese restaurant in Mongkok. Pig Trotter in Herbal Sauce
Similar to drunken pig trotters, but a warm version. Not too tender but still came off the bone easily. Fragrant herbal soup.
Overall good quality and efficient service. Was lucky enough to get a window seat as a bonus!
