The Seared Scallop-HKD180 here was to die for and is one of the best that I have recently had. Silky smooth, supple but bouncy in texture, tasted sweet with a smokey charred on the surface. The vanilla butter was a heavenly pair which left a lovely swirling after taste on the palate.The White Onion & Cheese Crouton Soup - HKD90 was yet another pleasant dish! Instead of a caramelised coloured broth, the white broth was surprisingly flavourful with much depths! The melted cheese was some nice chee
