Weekend brunch… Happy hour… 聽到呢啲字眼就會即刻諗起 Kowloon Shangri-la 嘅 Tapas Bar!指定時段內 12nn - 7pm 紅白酒、香檳、甚至係 cocktails,都係買一送一架!閒時無咁熱就會坐喺室外枱仔都幾舒服架;今次坐窗邊高枱位置,落地玻璃可以望到海,食下野飲下酒,由中午坐到黃昏時段,幾正架!淨係酒類都有成超過 50 款,唔同產地嘅都有。小食亦都係包羅萬有,喺度飲飽食醉到得。首先上菜嘅 Scallop 係輕輕煎香過,上面加咗 caviar 就顯得高級、名貴咗。叫咗份 Quesadilla 係為咗要飽肚啲,但誠意位在於伴菜嘅新鮮無花果,味道清甜。再嚟 Potato crisp 做到 bite size 一啖一粒,但小心啱啱炸起個餡好熱架。可以就咁食,又再點下 tar tar sauce 食下。當然,食埋甜品先至夠完滿,所以柯打咗個朱古力甜品。濃濃嘅朱古力味,配埋細細粒棉花糖同香脆果仁,應該係石板街口味。甜品仲配咗 2 個 sauce:士多啤梨同埋芒果醬汁,除咗令佢變得更 colourful,亦都可以俾你試下唔同嘅配搭。
