Lucas一向都鍾愛鳳城酒家,皆因佢有傳統嘅廣東菜式之餘,同時又有新派fusion菜!今次佢喺荃灣愉景新城新開呢間1954,梗係唔少得我去捧下場啦!店內裝修新穎,而且空間感十足,坐得幾舒服~呢度就算晚市都可以叫點心食,叫咗包羅萬有同埋龍蝦鮮竹卷!我幾鍾意呢個龍蝦湯,深入左腐皮之後海鮮味非常濃郁!前菜叫咗龍袍四季豆,入面係鹹蛋黃炸四季豆,脆卜卜之餘非常滋味,個個食到舔舔脷!另外脆皮咕嚕肉有成個菠蘿上,誠意十足,不能賣相同味道都非常出色!今次試住咁多菜式先啦,下次有機會再同大家分享其他菜式!
