To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 佢哋呢一期嘅主題係「蟹🦀」,啱晒我哋兩個!秋天的確係食蟹嘅季節,佢哋有好多唔同蟹嘅菜式!冷盤海鮮有蟹腳蟹鉗同埋麵包蟹,鍾意食熱盤嘅呢就有蟹肉伊麵同埋蟹肉焗蛋!個蟹肉伊麵,啲蟹味全部滲入晒啲伊麵入邊,所以一定要食個麵!個蟹肉炒蛋,每一啖都係蟹肉,真係好足料啊!除咗蟹之外,呢度嘅生蠔都係即叫即開同埋任食㗎,所以我都食咗起碼一打生蠔🤤🤤!熟食方便呢度嘅脆皮燒豬同埋燒和牛都非常出色,燒豬個皮卜卜脆,加入特製嘅醬汁成件事就更加好啦! 甜品有唔同嘅蛋糕、生果同埋雪糕!我最鍾意食呢度嘅 tiramisu 意大利芝士蛋糕,有濃濃嘅酒味同咖啡味☕️☕️呢一餐我哋真係食得好滿足呀!
