To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

happy friday個心已經散哂，一於行遠啲落去勝利道食家鄉菜——日本野呢條街有好多間日本餐廳但成日排長龍嘅唔多，而 鮮丼家 就係其中一間要排隊等位嘅餐廳。呢一日我哋比附近啲中學生快咗少少，直入唔駛等，原來間鋪頭除咗轉角嗰個鋪位，其實隔離都係佢嘅，不過lunch time都係一位難求㗎啦，唯有行快幾步啦！涼涼地想食啲熱野，我就叫咗個咖喱豬扒飯，$52，定食黎既，有麵豉湯，有小食（日式螺肉），仲有杯飲品，可以揀柚子蜜果d or罐裝可樂。吉列豬扒個炸粉厚度適中，剛好痴住塊豬扒唔會未咬先甩，豬扒就肉質結實，有咬口。咖哩汁就日式做法，甜甜地，撈飯食一流！過幾日再嚟試吓其他先
