To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很喜歡赤柱這地方,有著令人愉快的感覺。今日和太太去了赤柱廣場逛逛,我們選了金記冰室吃中午飯。雖然外貌是一間普通茶餐廳,但食物質素也不錯。就以我太太選的餐為例,生炸雞髀意粉會配火腿烚蛋拼雜果沙律,那麼豐富的又有飲料,只需$62,簡直超值!雞脾炸得皮脆肉嫩;那切片的烚蛋上,輕輕加上胡椒鹽,出奇的好味!而薯仔沙律與其他餐廳不同,竟加了椰果,更加吸引!而我選擇的鮮茄波蘿焗雞扒飯,雖然味道一般,但勝在肉質嫰滑,再配上番茄和菠蘿片,使平淡的味道中添上色彩。
