喺尖沙咀番工嘅姐姐介紹之下,佢話呢間”四季文昌”嘅lunch又平又好味,於是我就趁星期六拉阿肥出嚟陪我試吓啦~原來地點一啲都唔難搵,就喺正諾士佛臺街口一望就已經見到,都算係一個好方便嘅地方,平日番工一定有好多人幫襯啦。睇過餐牌之後,我哋決定每人叫番個主打,今餐嘅主角亦都好討阿肥嘅歡心,佢鬼咁鍾意食海南雞飯呢。四季文昌海南雞飯($68蚊),呢個午巿特選套餐就係呢度嘅招牌款式,由海南出產嘅文昌雞作主角,另有小許蘿蔔條青瓜條作為清新小配菜,再加上一碗金光亮亮嘅油飯,估唔到好似白切雞咁嘅雞肉都幾夠嫩滑,雞肉味濃,仲落足心機咁無骨處理,雞皮又夠薄,冇乜肥膏,油飯飯香可以充滿滲透入整個口腔,連調味嘅醬油都分為:海南雞醬、薑蔥油、豉油三款,滿足不同口味嘅人嘅需要而我揀嘅呢款肉骨茶配油飯($62蚊),同樣有所驚喜,本身我都唔係經常性食肉骨茶,因為喺我常食嘅餐廳之中都好少見到,直至最近有一次去星馬旅遊,肉骨茶呢種味道一直令我念念不忘。而我知道肉骨茶嘅做法係混合咗中藥同香料之後,加入肉排熬製幾個鐘頭出嚟嘅濃湯。估唔到今次喺呢度可以重拾呢種口味,雖然肉骨茶味道帶點微苦,但我接受得到仲覺得有點甘香,味道夠濃仲

阿肥見加$9.8就可以追加小食一客,又唔算貴,叫咗呢碟鮮蝦腸粉都唔錯,腸粉皮白滑晶瑩剔透,蝦味十足
