終於有空檔可以同女友一齊食野,今次去到中環食日式串燒,地方唔算好大,中間係日本師傅燒串燒的地方,外圍就係客人食野的位置,只有幾個位。食物種類唔算太多,不過主力都係雞類,話哂店名都講左俾你知佢賣點係咩。午餐時間胃口無咁大所以叫得唔係太多,係燒之前,店員都會展示俾你睇我地叫左邊d野食,而家擺得幾有心機,確保無燒錯野食。同埋我地坐的位置都會睇到哂師傅燒野食的全過程,當係睇表演咁。鳥世一沙律份量幾大,幾舊雞胸、一隻流心蛋同蕃茄都配上黑椒同黑醋汁,帶有少少甜味,幾開胃。燒明太子就一條切開六份,雖然明太子本身偏重味,不過加埋青瓜片中和番啱啱好。燒帶子中等大細,配的汁就幾鮮甜,似帶子本身的味加上雞湯而成。燒和牛串就大概七成熟,入口鬆軟,配上青芥末醬又另一番風味。不過主打都係佢的「世一串燒雞飯」。白飯大概大半碗珍珠米,配上四串唔同的雞串燒,一份前菜同味增湯。免治雞肉、雞胸、雞尾同雞脾肉。免治雞肉串就配番佢的特製汁,甜甜地又幾惹味。雞尾串算大條,燒得少少焦但十分香口。只係食呢份的話都應該幾夠飽。
