To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

暑假期間係網上平台做緊買一送一優惠, 人頭四百蚊有找就可以食到酒店lunch buffet, 於是一行十人滿有期待去大吃一番。呢個優惠的確吸引到唔少人幫襯, 排住長長人龍, 準時12點放人入去。餐廳座位區光猛闊落, 樓底高再加上落地大玻璃落出去, 成個view的確win啊!食物區域分類分明, 冷盤、沙律、鐵板燒物、炸物、中式熟食、即煮麵食、甜品都有, 不過每類選擇唔多。冷盤只有凍蜆、凍蝦、蟹腳、青口, 其中意為蟹腳係最受歡迎, 每次refill少少, 一有即攞意為執到寶, 點知d蟹肉媒既......仲鹹到好似浸咗鹹水幾日咁。刺身就由職員做配給, 經常排長龍, 每次幾片, 刺身的確係全場最值得encore呢一part。鐵板類又係得三款, 炒菇、五花腩同埋牛肩胛, 牛肩胛係幾唔錯, 唔會太硬,天婦羅炸物又係得三款, 不過冇天婦羅蝦, 得兩款蔬菜同多春魚 (不過咬落去苦的)日式煎餅, 太多粉......中款熟食數埋冇十樣, 其中有炸雲吞、薑醋蛋、雞等....賣相都唔多吸引!冇咩選擇下, 提早攻甜品, 反而甜品值得食~雪糕應該自家製, 冇show出任何牌子, 係幾正!糕點賣相幾吸引, 選擇多,
