To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物種類多，但以三百幾蚊lunch buffet 有生蠔，西班牙紅蝦和燒牛肉已錯，而且呢幾樣野都高質。當然唔好錯過芒菓拿破崙！😊也有可改善的地方，大慨自助餐開始一小時後，曾經有大慨二十分鐘沒有大部份刺身供應，燒牛肉也沒有補得及。過去上百次自助餐都未試過。另外，生果切粒太細，有些寒酸。冷盤不多相反飲品選擇充足！服務可以，收碟也快！高樓底空間感足夠。入座安排迅速，结賬過程流暢。整體來說，可以值得去試。
