To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直想去ICC, 所以b仔爸爸就訂咗Cafe 103嘅lunch buffet嚟試吓，訂枱時要求咗window seat，因為2星期前才訂，原本話有5個客做緊waiting，但好開心，嚟到都俾到我地坐。其實佢食物嘅選擇不太多，海鮮只有一碗碗嘅魚生片，蝦，長腳蟹腳，青口同富貴蝦(即賴尿蝦)。日式冷麵就有幾款餸同麵選擇。沙律方面都有幾款火腿同粟米，磨菇，青瓜，還有全隻巴馬火腿你砌。另一邊就是意大利雲吞，意大利麵，炒薯角，中式就炒青口，干燒伊麵，煎龍脷柳....其實款式真的不多。但甜品方面就做得不錯，有很多款式，馬卡龍做得真的好好味，味道有蕉糖，士多卑利，開心果，朱古力，杏仁，樣樣都令人食唔停口^.^ 還有芒果布甸，芒果味好濃; 朱古力金箔布甸，朱古力好濃; 還有很多很靚又好味嘅甜品。最令人窩心是，訂枱時酒店問是否有人生日，b仔爸爸說是結婚紀念日，佢地就在尾段送上寫了Happy Anniversary嘅甜品拼盤，真sweet^.^
