To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好友同仔仔生日，因為天文台話今日會落雨，所以今日嘅活動都喺Elements直落！我地曾經去過cafe 103 high tea，而普遍大家喺open rice都係主要寫high tea食評，當然啦，因為哩度嘅high tea真係好高質😆我地從來無去過cafe 103食lunch buffet ，生日當然要食好啲，所以就揀左風景一流嘅cafe 103🥰無影好多食物嘅相片，食物亦唔算好多，但貴精不貴多！冷盤有好多選擇！沙律，壽司，生蠔，龍蝦，凍蟹... 朋友話生蠔好好食😊😊而我就主攻熱盤同甜品！熱食種類唔多，但味道好好👍🏻絕對推介喇沙湯麵，我覺得係全場最好食嘅熱食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻甜品幾左幾轉😋😋 本人係甜品控，對甜品都可以話幾有要求，平時去酒店食buffet，我都唔會食蛋糕，主要都只係食雪糕，但喺cafe 103嘅蛋糕同甜品真係好好味呀😍 雪糕只有6種味道，但我覺得都夠喇，因為甜品種類好多！！訂座嘅時候有提及有朋友生日，希望佢哋可以幫手準備生日蛋糕，服務員喺我地食甜品嘅時候就為朋友同仔仔送上生日蛋糕🎂哩度嘅所有職員嘅服務態度都好好，絕對係六星級酒店嘅服務👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻連大廚都願意

哩度嘅所有職員嘅服務態度都好好，絕對係六星級酒店嘅服務👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻連大廚都願意陪我仔仔玩埋一份！真係好窩心❤️

今日係紅日，所以冇任何折扣優惠，但可以有咁靚嘅風景，咁高嘅服務質素，又有咁好味嘅甜品，我哋都覺得值得😊
