To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

繁囂的生活中 a little escape 😉There are various tables under the roof and by the pool. Hotel guests are swimming and enjoying the sun. Felt so good just seeing them chill. There are various tables under the roof and by the pool. Hotel guests are swimming and enjoying the sun. Felt so good just seeing them chill. Breeze went by and a cold drink was a perfect start. I had a coffee based vanilla drink. The taste of coffee was not strong and the vanilla came in the form of “vanilla ice”. There are also various cocktail options.

The seared tuna salad was nice and was mixed with various veggies, avocado 🥑, lettuce and salad greens.

The main was lobster linguine. Good to share and the sauce was quite fresh (not thick).

The bread was nice too!

A place to recommend for a little getaway 😉
