Weekend嚟左呢間食意大利菜午餐。落完食物後先上一籃麵包,簡單點啲意大利醋同橄欖油已經好好味。前菜叫左AMA焗布拉塔乳酪(Ama La Burrata),係布拉塔乳酪加左蕃茄去焗,配住啲麵包食好夾。另外叫左羅馬式燉牛肚 (Trippa Alla Trasteverina),燉牛肚炆到好軟冧,仲放左芝士。主菜叫左AMA特製番茄醬豬頰肉通心粉(Maccheroni Amatriciana),一個大平底鐵鑊咁上菜,保持住熱度。豬頰肉煎得香口,咸咸地,通心粉幾煙韌。另外係牛尾湯千層麵(Lasagnetta With Coda A La Vaccinara),外觀嚟講好似一隻長形雲吞,入面包左啲牛尾肉,汁底都係牛尾湯。最後加多個芒果意式奶凍(Pannacotta)做ending,奶凍creamy同滑。整體食物唔錯,環境開揚。
