There was once a time when I was in Elements everyday. I haven't visited Elements for months. I love donburis so much and negitori don (minced toro & spring onion) is my favorite (best if along with ikura &a uni)!
Therefore I ordered the minced toro & spring onion don while my friend ordered the grilled eel don.
The salad came quickly, it was fresh and simple.
I like negitoro don no matter how fancy or simple it is. I loved this one although I would like that it more flavourful (with spring onion or sesame perhaps?) anyway I added adequate amount of wasabi and soy sauce and enjoyed it much.

The grilled eel don was good. I'm not a big fan of it usually but my friend likes it a lot and I have to agree on that after tasting it.
