To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每隔一段時間，加太賀就會轉一轉 Lunch Set，今次轉完之后，有d失望，因為今次個餐牌唔係咁啱自己口味....今次點咗個海鮮炒拉麵，一客浦燒饅魚鴨胸定食。海鮮炒拉麵極速上枱，但我略嫌凍咗少少，唔夠熱，但味道算唔錯，份量亦足夠。浦燒饅魚同鴨胸份量少咗d，多番d更理想。最失敗係個飯後甜品，俾個粒雪米糍，好鬼無誠意囉.....最後，如果唔係叫 Lunch set, 夜晚去幫襯的話，水準仍然不變，味道唔錯，當然。一份錢一份貨啦。
