Went here with friends for a Christmas treat!Our Tsukemen feast was complete with Salmon roe, uni, slow cooked beef and foie gras!!!Started with the uni and salmon roe tsukemen!My eyes glistened when I saw that uni and orange salmon roe!It was a mix of Canadian and Korean sea urchin.The noodles were divine engulfed with the rich fresh uni and uni dipping broth along with the saltiness of the salmon roe.The beef was also good, the lean and tender slices of slow cooked beef was just delicious.Ther

The beef was also good, the lean and tender slices of slow cooked beef was just delicious.There is a choice of truffle or tomato for dipping but I chose the tomato because it was appetizing.
It was good having both to share.
