今日Boxing Day 又適逢維港放煙花,所以同媽咪去M+吃晚飯,選擇了位於16樓的中菜餐廳「華」「CVIEW」。餐廳的入口已經好靚好吸睛。餐廳內部裝修好靚好優雅,很有庭園的感覺。我們選擇了套餐,因為可以嘗試多幾款菜式。精選三小碟:蜇頭黃瓜,海蜇頭超爽口,黃瓜超入味;花雕醉雞:醉雞肉質嫩滑,散發微微的酒香;鎮江肴肉:肴肉加點鎮江醋,很惹味。松茸燉花膠:松茸的香氣,花膠的滑嫩口感,用料十足的燉湯,在這凍冰冰的天氣享用,實在令到整個人都暖笠笠。蔥燒海參:大大條的海參,口感很有彈性,醬汁很入味,配上清爽的蘆筍,令到整到菜更有層次。蜜豆河蝦仁:蜜豆很清甜,蝦仁新鮮爽口。松子雞米鮑粒鍋巴:鍋巴香口脆卜卜,配松子雞粒鮑粒,味道口感很豐富。腿片扒菜苗:綠油油的菜苗,加上一小片鹹火腿片,就已經很足夠,好味。小籠包:小籠包爆汁,有肉香味就足夠啦。拔絲蘋果:蘋果甜甜又軟腍腍,為整頓晚餐畫上完美的句號。
